VICTORIA CRUISING CLUB. Races to be held on Saturday. Details are as follows:— Course Ist. 2nd and 3rd Class.—Start fro Sin western end of wall and flagship moored nortn, thence round Resolution l.iu.y on port hand, thence round Saltworks buoy on starboard hand, thence round Resolution on starboard hand, finishInk- hetwoen flagship and wall. Course 4th nnd ."th Class.—Start from western end of wall nnd flagship moored north, thence round Resolution on port linii'l. llieiK-e round Kaipnrn buoy on starboard hand, thence round Resolution on starboard hand, finishing between flagship and wall. In connection with fairplav men. the follow Ins' conditions are to be enforced: That in all snllitiL- races each mullet boat shall carry a I'.airplny man. I-'airplay men to be not under sixteen years nf age. nnd to lie pined aboard not Inter than the hoisting of starter's ten minute flnjr. Any boat or boats who have not changed shall report to tlie starter, who .shall use his discretion whether he has time to chance with anolher boat, nnd if not. he shall be disqualified.
