(Received 11.15 a.m.! LONDON. November 20. The Lord Chief Justice (Sir Rltfus Isaacs), in summing up. said that if Chent were right, then the allegations were a wirk. . fabrication or the result of a neurotic woman's hallucinations. If defendant were right, then Ghent was a wicked hypocritical liar of the \ftcr twice retiring, the jury disagree! ar.-I were discharged.
