The athletic rommiUee of Oxford I'niversity. owing to Ebodes scholars \rinning all the contests in the Freshmen sports, have decided that residence in another university shall disqualify anyone from competing in Freshmen's "ttpo'U Competitors aisont 24 will not be-dlowed to eoinpete in university sports. The average age- of the Rhodes" Bcholars entering Oxford is 22. The resolution becomes effective after October. IPI4.
