The Commonwealth has circulated in Lonck-j a pamphlet describing tie experiences of the compulsory training system, also the latest amendments suggested by experience. When seen by a "Star " representative this morning, Mr. A. S. Bankart, of the firm of Campbell and Ehreiffried, said that the impression seemed to have gone abroad that thi> tire in the firm's malthouse (reported on page 4), might Ik* in some way identified with the strike.
