DIVORCE. The civil sittings of the Supreme Court were continued yesterday afternoon and this morning, b; fore his Honor Mr. Justice Cooper. Ivan Jugovich sought for the dissolution of his marriage with Frances Jugovich, on the ground of misconduct with Kazimir Jakich. Mr. Wyman appeared for the ■petiThere was no defence filed.
