Sir, —Would you. allow mc to point out to the City Council where a great improvement could- be made in thai part ■of Albert Street lying between Victoria Street and Wellesley Street—and which t could be <ione very cheaply 'by using the , slag from the destructor Sot filling in— which is Tjy raising the existing wall i some four feet, and carrying it rig&t through to opposite the Shamrock Hotel, ° six or eight feet of width could be got?— J I am. etc., RATEPAYER.
