QUESTTOX OF SITE. " There has been a difference of opinion among Board members, but for my paT-t I am strongly in favour of the wishes of the City Council being met, and the site given for the public baths which 'have been promised to Parnell, and the decision now -finally rests with the Board," 1 said Hγ.
