GAVE SEAT TO A LADY. f 'Sydney Sen" Special Service.! LONDON, August 1. A city clerk was decapitated to-day by falling from one of the trains on a North London line. Evidence was given at the inquest that the unfortunate man gave up his sent to a lady nnd fell out of the doorway on to the line. A railway inspector stated that it was impossible to prevent overcrowding during the busy hours of tho day.
