AN AMBASSADOR RESIGNS. (Received 10.50 a.m.) WASHINGTON, August 4. The Mexican Ambassador, M. Wilson, having failed to induce the United States to recognise the Huerta Government, has resigned. President Huerta has accepted his resignation.
