There aTe 45 persons in residence afc the Cashmere Sanatorium for Consumption, three miles from Christchureh, and the records show that they all have a chance of recovery. Last month five Were discharged and five admitted. Of the inmates 23 were men and 21 ■women, and 1 -was a child. Tile tuberculosis dispensary is still doing good work in Christcharch. Last month there were 211 attendances- at the disperrsary, and 36 persons went for information. The nurse paid 89 visits to patients in their own homes.
