DISCOVERING OTHER PRICES. (Received 2-15 p.na.li BERLIN. August 1. At the trial of Lieutenant Milan, arrested on Monday for accepting bribes from Krupps for disclosing military secret.-. Brank. Krupps' agent, gave evidence that it wm his special duty to ascertain competitors' prices. Dr. Liebknecht, a Socialist member of the Reichstag, who brought the matter to light, had obtained his information from Herr Yon Mctzen, a former chief of the bureau, who kept a number of secret reports, and warned witness that he intended to use. them.
