Broadiiead, of New Zealand, who in March last won a senior scholarship in classics i>.t Trinity College, has just won further hanoura. Uroadhead are spending a few weeks in Cambridge prior to their sailing for Nrw Zealand, which they !iope to reach at the beginning of September. Mr. and >srs. Charles Smith, of Auckland, arrived in England by the Osterley on May 10. and purpose visiting relations and friends in various psrW of the country whom they have not seen for nearly thirty years. Mrs. Smith, who is interested in ambulance work, received, at St. John's Gate on June !)th. the insignia of an honorary serving sister of the Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem in England. Mr. and Mrs. C, C. McMillan, who have token Kr>. Iverna Court. Kensington, during their stay in London, left on Tuesdiy for a motor tour in Wales, and McMillan, who was staying with them, has gone on a visit to Bristol. All return to London in July. Miss A. Holland, of Auckland, arrived in London via South America, and intends spending a few weeks in London. A Lour of the Midlands and Leicester follow?, then Scotland, and later Birmingham and Devonshire. Before returning to New Zealand Mi-« Holland hopes to spend some time on the Continent.
