A fire last night in a margarine factory belonging to Kitchen and Sons, soap and candle manufacturers, at Mascot. N.S.W., caused heavy damage. In a special case yesterday the N.S.W. State Full Conrt ruled that temporary resumption of cohabitation did not annul a maintenance order, or prohibit the recovery of arrears under such an order.
