Australia 29, Holland 12, Germany 9, New Zealand 7, Africa 7. RESCUING A MINER. ("Sydney Sun" Special Service.) LONDON, July 28. A miner in a colliery at Doncaster was buried to the waist in two tons of ear Hi owing to the roof falling in. Oxygen was pumped through the fallen material into tbc end of the drive where tlx> man was imprisoned, and after three hours' work he was rescued by a party which cut its way through. The man was so badly injured, howeverthat he died shortly after rescue.
