Irwin Crookiw, l'almerstr.n Hulldiuns. when the foliowlnp were present:—Mr S. .1. Nathan (in the chair), the Hon. 11. McNab. nnd Messrs Slack. N. Wilson, and <i. Winstone, Jun. A further allotment of shares was made which brings the total to over 100.000. The manncer, Mr W. J. Wilson, and the consulttnK engineer. Mr S. Irwin Crookeo, were B.lsu present, and 11 large volume or business in connection with the new works and hydro-electric scheme was transacted. FROZEN" MEAT. Messrs. Dalsety and Co.. Ltd.. are In receipt of the following tinder date July 25 1913:—"There is :i slfehtly lieiter demand for frozen meat: prl.-es somewhat In buyers' "favour. We thiuk prices have about touciied bottom.
