AN UNUSUAL CHARGE.
A young man named Cliff Caecy, of Thames, was arrested at Heme Bay Uiis morning by Detective Cullen, on a charge that in the month of J une, at the Thames, he attempted to unlawfully procure a certain noxious instrument knowing that it, wae intended to be used for the purpose of an. illegal operation.
