A TITLED SHARPER.
GERMAN OFFICERS VICTIMISED ("Sydney Sun" Special Service.) BERLIN, July 26. A German countess, the wife of a Ger-man-officer, has been arrested on a charge of conducting a money-lending and matrimonial agency and victimising a number of army officers. The prisoner was occupying handsome apartments ja the city.
