Williamson Company is taking- over the Wleeler theatres in South Africa, Mr. Malone, chairman of directors of the African Co.. joiEing tiie board to represent tlic company in England. The combined company will book English and American companies to tour South Africa and Australia. The Williamson Co. has arranged for tie London Opera House reme ''Come Over Here" to be taken to Australia. The "deal" is described as one of the biggest of the das- in the theatrical World.
