Lamb, internal foreign secretary for the Salvation Army for Canada. Australia, and New Zealand. Coratnisrdoner Lamb arrived from London, via Vancouver by the Niagara this morning The national commander of the Army for New Zealand, who. with Mrs Richards, arrived from Wellington ihir. rooming will preside at the function. A private, welcome was tendered to Commissioner Lamb this afternoon hy Brigadier Vince and the officers of the Auckland district office. A unitpd welcome meeting will he conducted to-morrow night in tie Albert Street Hail by Commissioner and Hi*. EiaiurC*.
