SLITS TO SHOW ANBuuES. LONDON, May 21. Fashions at the races at Longchamps, Paris, show that the hobble skirt is I passing away. Women are now wearing j a modified pannier skirt, the pannier falling sometimes as lot? as the knee. Most of the skirts are slit on one side, leaving the ankle partly visible.
