AUSTRIAN BEAUTY'S FATE.
STHAKGLED WHILE BOATING. LONDON, May 21. Burton L. Gibson, the American attorney, chained with the murder ofjiladame Rosa Mensehik Szabo, whose death in mysterious circumstances occurred nearly two -rears ago, has for the second time been placed upon his trial in New York. On the first occasion the trial proved abortive, the jury, after 15 hours' deliberation, failing to agree upon a verdict- . . . _ It is reported that Gibson is m indifferent health, and absolutely penniless.
