Bvles. member for North Salford, will ask Colonel Seely i Minister for War) on Monday whether boys are prosecuted in New Zealand at the rate of two hundred a week for breaches of •'conscription." and -whether, owing to the conscription movement in Britain, he will issue a statement as to how the system is working in the Dominions.
