During their interview with Sir Edward Grey (Minister of Foreign Affairs i yesterday the Turkish delegates expressed their willingness to sign" the peace treaty. Sir E. Grey hinted at the possibility of Bulgaria and Turkey signing a separate peace agreement. The Montenegrin delegate was not interviewed. Some of the delegates are incensed at what they call Sir E. Grey's brutal plainness. There is a general impression that Servia and Greece will sign the draft treaty under pressure. Sir E. Grey has intimated to the Balkan peace delegates that it is useless for those who are not prepared to sign the draft treaty to remain in England. Several of the. newspapers publish complimentary references to Sir E. Grey's ultimatum.
