Forrest (Queen Street). £4; .1. Brown and Sons v. Thos. Uoyle (Chelsea). £1 6/3. A WAGES BOOK. Mr. \V. Newton, inspector of factories, proceeded against Messrs Whlrtome Stevenson and Co.. Ltd. (Mr. R. MvVeagli) for failing to keep a wages and overtime book in a proper manner, in that they did lint fill in the wage paid to each employee and tlie actual hours worked on any particular day. The defendants admitted the breach, and were fined £2 and costs.
