HARBOUR BOARD.
The new Harbour Board met yesterday afternoon. Present: Messrs J. H. Gunson (chairman), W. E.. Hutchison, C. Bagley, H. R. Mackenzie, H. H. Adams, J. H. Bradney, W. B. Lcyland. A. J. Entrican, G. R. Hutchinson, J. S. Bond, j. Fisher, and H. D. Heather; ■;-.- < •-••--- A resolution was carried conveying the hearty tbanks of tbe-Board to tbe retiring mcmbere-T-Messrs Alison, Kites, and Taylor. Additions to standing committees were made, on the motion of tbe Chairman, as follow: —Mr Hutchison to .the Railway .Department Settlements Committee; Mr Leyland .to the Rowing Club Accommodation Committee; Mr Hutchinson to the Harbour Dues Committee.. Mr-W. E. Hutchison wis, on the motion of the Chairman, re-elected deputy-chairman for the ensuing year.
