TTAIARU, Tuesday. •Sensational rumonre have been current during the last few days regarding the financial position of Walter Shaw, a solicitor practising in Timaru. This afternoon, at a private meeting of creditors, it was resolved that he should file a petition in bankruptcy, and Shaw signed a petition for adjudication. ALLEGED EMBEZZLEMENT. GKEEMOUTH, Tuesday.
