AUTHORISED ANARCHY.
CARSONARIO RIOTERS. LISBON, April 15. Members of the Carbonario Society ( attacked tho offices of the newspaper 1 "Democracia" at Covilhao yesterday and ' smashed all the machinery and type. ■ An armed band entered a house in '• Lisbon yesterday, wounding a man, his wife, and two daughters. Another gang of Carbonario3 raided a club and stole £400, and caused a riot. Tbe leader, on being arrested, produced documents -showing that the gang was authorised to' act as spies and to assist the authorities.
