BRITISH WORKERS APATHETIC

KEER HARDEE'S PROMISE. (Received 10 a.m.): LONDON, April 14. The British Trades Unions arc apathetic towards the Belgian appeal, because the strife is political. He adds that the value of the general strike may be disputed on economic grounds, but it is of great value from a political standpoint. The proletariat of the whole world is watching Belgium with interest.
