SWEDISH PRINCE PROPOSED. VIENNA, April 14. Ii TIle T¥ " :N ' eue F reie Presse" advocates that Prince William of Sweden should be appointed ruler of Albania. Prince William is the second son of King Gustaf V., of Sweden, and is in his 29th year. He was married in 190S to the Grand Duchess Maria Pavlovna, daughter of the Grand Duke Paul Alexandrovitch of Russia.
