RESTORING FROZEN BODIES. LONDON, April 8. Dr. Seymour, a French nobleman, who has had a scientific training, asserts that he has discovered a fluid which, if it had been injected into the bodies of Scott and his companions after they had been thawed out, would have brought them back to life. So confident is Dr. Seymour of the . efficacy of his fluid that he offers to be refrigerated for a year tv prove that his discovery is capable of producing all the results that he cl-nma for it.
