AKARANA DEFENCE CLUB. The Akarana Defence Kifie Club completed several trophy matches at Penrose on Saturday, when several Territorial members—attached to tlie club for trainingwere put through the preliminary practices at 23y0s range. Results of the trophy competitions are as follow:—Kretschmar, Waliingford, Blirrage, Henderson, Xess, Patrick, and Gebbie each registered a win, and these members take the spoons.
