FIRE AT MORRINSVILLE.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) IMORRiNSVTLLE, this day. ' i A fire ocurred in. "the premises of Mr. Arthur Cutforth, grocer, Thames; Street, about ten o'clock on Sunday The building and stock were completely ■destroyed. ~ A shed, containing, about £100 worth of goods, was saved. The building and stock were insuied. for£7oo in the National Co., but;, the loss is estimated at £600 above the insurance. The fire started at the rear of the building, and its origin is a mystery, as no one was in that part of the bufldr ing since closing time on Saturday.. Mr. Cutforth has been particularly .unfortunate, for he was in business in Wjaihi for ten years, and was forced to give up business there during the strike.- Hβ removed to Morrinsville in Augi<fcß lastj and wa : s building up a good trade. -
