FIGHTING AT SCUTARI.
A DESPERATE SORTIE. POWERS TO SEND SHIPS. WARNING TO MONTENEGRO. (By Cable.—Tress Association.—Copyright.) (Received 10.50 a.m.) LONDON, March 31. Router's Agency states that the Ambassadors' Conference has approved of the proposed naval demonstration off the Montenegrin coast, in order to warn the Kingdom of the consequences of continuing the attack on Scutari. All the Powers may not participate. Advices from Cctinje state that the besieged Turks made a sortie on the south side of Mount Tarabosch, and that a desperate engagement is in progress. King Ferdinand sent a message to King Peter thanking the Servians for their aid in the capture of Adrianople.
