I Because he did not die, Goldblatt, a Spo- ! kane jeweller, has just brought an action 1 against his physician for 15.000 dollars. Plaintiff alleged that the doctor told him he had cancer of the stomach. Believing that recovery was impossible, and wishing to leave his propert3- in cash, he sold his jewellery husiness at a sacrifice, which he estimates at 10.000 dollars, and waited for death to claim him. Becoming impatient ,at his continued presence among the living, i he consulted other physicians, and was told j that he was perfectly well. Hence his I axievance.
