COX'S CREEK. (To the Editor.) Sir, —There has been, of late, a lot of talk and argument about this "Fish Oh!' business. Well, for myself, I think it is about time the Mayor carried out his promise to the public, and started municipal fish markets. There has also been a great to-do about the beautifying of the city. We have, to imy way of thinking, quite enough of-.parks and public buildings. There has already been enough of public money spent in this respect by the Mayor and his councillors. I quite agree it is well to have a beautiful city and municipal fish markets. But of what benefit are all these while the public's health is at stake through insanitury conditions? I notice when any of the engineers motor 'anywhere near Cox's Creek, all recollections of the speed limit are forgotten. Might I suggest that these insanitary conditions be rectified even before we start our municipal fish mar-ket?—-I am, etc., H.N.
