%\it Jjolibag §pirit HE most appropriate topic one can pick on just now is the subject of holidays, for during this month and the next most of na are in one or other of three stages—anticipation, realisation, iB I !! or Teca P'* n '*** on ■ of holiday events. f The "holiday spirit" is upon us. It matters little where we spend a vacation; it is of small moment when we leave the daily task for a season of leisure; it is the idea that counts—the idea that for an all too brief spell we shall be able to do pretty well as we please, and shall be bound by no rules to which we do not willingly subscribe. f Whatever form they may take, holidays are desirable breaks in the routine of life, and it is because they are " breaks " that they are good. Even a few days are profitably spent if they take one " out of the rut." p « If all the year weTe playing holidays, To sport would be as tedious as to work," but the substitution of pleasurable avocation for one's regular vocation during a short period is strengthening and invigorating, and tends to lighten the load of the rest of the year. To make it possible for a man to enjoy his holiday, it is essential that he most at least have one new suit of clothes. And although he is aware that spending holidays also means spending money, he prefers not to deliberately waste money through paving half as much again at least for his holiday suit, when he knows he can get it at WHOLESALE PRICE by going direct to Crown Clothing Manufacturing Co, the only firm of Wholesale Clothing Manufacturers in New Zealand selling a single suit or garment direct to the public at Wholesale PriceCrown Clothing Company have a large stock of Men's High Grade Suits in a great variety of patterns and in 40 different sizes, so that no matter what a man's size or shape may be, one of these splendidly tailored suits are bound to fit him, unless he be actually deformed. Hundreds of men lately who had omitted to order a smt for Xmsts have been delighted to find that they could get fitted perfectly, with " jast the thing-" for the holidays, and at a price much below that which they had been is the habit of paying in the past. When the Crown Clothing Company sell a Crownall High Grade (Regd.) Suit they make a friend People go where they get the best goods and the best treatment. That is the reason why the Auckland people during the space of twelve months have converted the business of the Crown Clothing Company into a public institution for men. ™ J Crown Clothing Company's motto is 'To make sales is not enough; You Must Make Friends." €rcton Clothing Jtotmfactxrring Cα;, {§~%) Jtfc., EIXIOTT STREET OUST BACK OF STRAND AECADE).
