Importers are accepting 1/ to 2/ reduction, in order to clear before the holidays. RECORD PRICES FOB HTDTO. (By Telegraph-—Press Association.) STRATFORD, Tuesday. At the bide sales here to-day record prices were obtained. First-class lines of butchers' hides realised 91d to 10d; ordinary lines, 9d to 5Sd; ox bides. 9d to lOJd; calfskins, sound, 1/ to 1/3; damaged calf up to 1/OJ per lb.
