CHINESE GAMBLERS FINED.
[By Teleprnph.—Press Association.) GREYMOUTII, Monday. As a result of ihe raid on the Chinese quarters on August l!)t.h, 35 Chinese and two Europeans appeared before the Court to-day. Quong Bun?, the occupier of the house, was fined £25 for keeping a common gaming house. Notice of appeal was given. Yip Click, ■convicted of a similar o(.*ence, was fined £40.
