POSTAL SMUGGLERS.
HONOLULU, August 21. The Customs officials have unearthed a novel opium smuggling scheme. Mailbag3 from the Orient were found to contain large quantities of the drug, and no Itetters. There was evidently an understanding with postal employees, and arrests are pending.
