DRUGGED WHISKY.

CAUSES DEATH AND INSANITY. VICTIMS GO STONE BUND. (Received 11.15 a.m.) MONTREAL. August 21. Seven men are dead and three others are dying in a hospital, while seven others have gone insane through drinking whisky believed to be druggwl. All the men are foreigners. They became stone blind before death. The police are attempting to arrest the insane men, who are rambling over tlie fields in the outskirts of the city. It is believed that the whisky was drunk during celebrations in the foreign quarter.
