The petition ie made by Messrs. A. M. Myers and A. & Bankart, executors and trustees of the will.

The estate left by Sir John Campbell in -mined for death duty purposes at not to* than 145,000, the wide of which is liable to estate dirty at IS per cent., and part of it to β-oeoeasioii duty. Within three-yara of hie death he Bids gifts amounting to 11,579, whiah »r» also eubjexjt to estate duty *nd "partly to succession duty.
