MELBOURNE, this day. A total of 6,296 Victorian cadets are liablte for prosecution for compulsory training in the Commonwealth. It is stated that they are faced with the task of prosecuting 20.000 boys, each liable to a fine of £5. Pearce agreed to reduce the fine to 2/ for each hour of drill evaded.
