DLTN___IN, Friday. A telegram bas been received by Mr. W. Wilkinson from the Hon. J. A. Millar, who says that his health is slowly improving, but that bis me-Hcal advisers will not allow him to undertake mental woTk for at least three months. After expiry of that time be will be examined again to see if -is health is sufficiently restored to enable -him to resume active duties.
