I ARRANGEMENTS IX AUCKLAND, j The New Zealand .Scouts will have an ' opportunity on Sunday, the 26th inst., of welcoming the Chief Scout, Liputen-ant-General Sir R. S. S. Baden-Powell, who is making a tour of the world in connection with the movement of which he is the originator. The Scout Association, which is incorporated by Royal Charter, has branches in most civilised, countries, and has a membership of j over 1.000,000.
