BAROMETER READS 30.50. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WATTTT, this day. Mr. Deverenx, F.ILAJ3., reports that the first great -winter anti-cyclone, or high-pressure system, overlies the conntry, and the barometer reads 30.50, the highest reading registered this year. A change in weather will occur after 24 hours, the barometer falling slowly. The total barometric fall during the next few days will probably be considerable. I "
