In view of the report that fhe EngineIrivers , Union had disbanded, your rejreseniative waited upon the secretary ;his afternoon. The secretary gave an ■Liipliatic denial to the report. I mideritand that the Miners' Union is now n communication with the Laibonr Fedjration on the matter, and developments iTe expected in the course of a few lays. No official infonnatioii is forth:oming from the Miners' Union- Mining •epresentativca here have received no inimation as regards the intentions of the Miners' Union.
