(Received 10.10 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG. May 12. Twenty sailors on the warships at Ilelsingfors have been brought in irons to St. Petersburg for attempting to hold ;>. requiem for the workmen who were killril during the outrage at the Lena workshops.
