It is aniiapated that there will be a large attendance at the Opera Hanse tomorrow aight w-b.ea 3ir. J. Havelock Wilson, a member of the Advisory Committee to the British Board of Trade, •will deliver an address on "The Titanic Disaster and its Consequent Lessons." The principal object of the lecture is to iaaagurale a collection in aid of the Titanic sufferers' relief fund.
A feature of the gathering will be the ringing by M'rss Olive Sssons of the hymn, reported to have been ?uxig by pa>svTipprs ju_st prior to the sinking of the Titanic, namely, "Nearer, My O-od, to The/ , ." The audience, will be requested io join in the singing , of the la-st two verses.

"This mpetinjr is further of opinion that His Majesty's Government should take, immediate steps to insist, first, that all passenger vessels should be provided with a sufficient number of lifeboats or suitable life-rafts to provide accommodation fat the whole of the passengers and. crew, and further, that there should be a- sufficient number of competent able-bodied seamen carried on such vessels, co as to provide for no less than three qualified able seamen and a petty officer for each life-saving craft." "•This meeting calls irpon His Majesty's Government to endeavour to bring about an International Conference of all maritime nations for the purpose of providing a code of regulation* for safety of I'ife on board ship, and whatever regulations may be adopted In future should pply to all vessels arriving or sailing from British ports, and further, that a copy of this resolution be. sent to the Premier of the Imperial Parliament and the Premier of the Dominion.'
