In one the. male prisoner wrote stating in terms of endearment, "To-morrow I shall hand to Mr Turnem, clerk, £1800 for you, my loved one." In the second letter the male prisoner wrote: "I have just banded to your solicitor £1800 to add to your 111 tie fortune. To-morrow I think of adding some more money. I love you so much, so much. I ! shall look after you, for you are before everything— body, my heart, and my soul. lam waiting to squeeze you tightly in my devoted arms to-morrow. I shall have copies of your mortgages. All you mortgages amount to 150.000 francs. 1 hope you will love mc not for 150.000 francs, but for millions.'' MUTUAL WILLS. Witness said he also found on iho yacht copies of two wills, ore of Charles .-> Ville azd the other cf Jearjette de YTI-. Flmh devised and bequeathed their real and personal property to the other.
