Tebbitt pleaded guilty to both charges. I and -was sentenced to 20 years' penal I servitude. 1 Mr. Justice Coleridge, in sentencing ! Tebbitt. said that be considered the sen- ; tence a mere formality, as the prisoner was insane, and would be detained as a criminal lunatic. !
